Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support employers and partners.
  • Resolve queries quickly and empathetically.
  • Capture feedback and flag product gaps.
  • Drive adoption and retention.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years in support, success or operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Comfort with CRM and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or recruitment.
  • A second Indian language is a plus.
