Job Description
Join our data team to turn raw hiring and assessment data into insights that drive product and business decisions across the GroYouth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports that track key product and hiring metrics.
- Analyse large datasets to surface trends and opportunities.
- Partner with product and growth teams on data-backed decisions.
- Maintain data quality and reporting pipelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a data or business-analyst role.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Hands-on with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Working knowledge of Python for analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale event data.
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation.
