Build the APIs and services that power GroYouth’s hiring, assessment and marketplace platform at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Own data models and integrations.
- Ensure reliability, security and performance.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years building backend services.
- Strong Node.js and MongoDB experience.
- Comfort with AWS and containerised deploys.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of payment / ERP integrations.
