Job Description
Own the roadmap for GroYouth’s hiring products, from discovery to launch, working closely with design, engineering and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and specs.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with design and engineering.
- Measure outcomes and iterate using data.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience running agile delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Background in HR-tech or recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products.
