Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and support employers and partners.
- Resolve queries quickly and empathetically.
- Capture feedback and flag product gaps.
- Drive adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 0–2 years in support, success or operations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Comfort with CRM and ticketing tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or recruitment.
- A second Indian language is a plus.
