These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the GroYouth platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”) owned and operated by DONSUK CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at https://groyouth.com. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

GroYouth is an HR recruitment and talent marketplace SaaS platform designed to connect job seekers, employers, recruiters, institutions, and skilling partners. Our mission is to support employment generation and workforce readiness.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law (Indian Contract Act, 1872) to use our Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to be your responsibility.

• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, profiles, job postings, comments). By submitting content, you grant GroYouth a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process such content solely for providing the Services.

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data, subject to legal obligations.

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee error-free or continuous availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.

• GroYouth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or job placements

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GroYouth, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or legal compliance requirements. You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
