Refund And Cancellation policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by GroYouth.

1. General Policy

GroYouth operates primarily as a SaaS-based HR and recruitment platform, owned and managed by DONSUK CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and governed by this policy.

2. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Once a subscription period has commenced, fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time via their account settings.

3. One-Time Services

For one-time services (such as assessments, employer branding packages, or featured listings):

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been activated or delivered.

  • If a service has not been initiated due to a technical fault solely attributable to GroYouth, a partial or full refund may be considered.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment processing errors
  • Service unavailability exceeding a reasonable duration due to a technical problem.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of GroYouth, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not override rights granted under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Policy Updates

GroYouth reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
