Role Description:
Hunarho Learning Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the B2B vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions across India. This role involves extensive travel across the country to promote and implement Hunarho’s innovative solutions for schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts for the B2B vertical, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, principals, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the education sector, focusing on creating long-term value for clients.
- Travel pan-India to conduct presentations, product demos, and on-site client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven experience in developing and managing pan-India sales operations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders in the education sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
