If you are an employer here’s how the process will work for you.

Step 1: Signup on Groyouth

The first step for you is to signup on our platform and create your employer profile.You provide all important details about their company, including industry, size and specific hiring needs, etc.

Step 2: Post A Hiring Requirement

After creating your profile, you have to post your hiring requirement. For that you can search through our database of sourcing and training partners in each region, select the ones that suit your requirement and share your hiring requirement to them. Your hiring requirement will include the hiring numbers, skills in which the candidates need to be trained and the Letter of Intent (LOI) from your side which will specify the hiring conditions.

Step 3: Acceptance of the Hiring Requirement

The sourcing/training partners selected for the hiring mandate will then receive your requirement and upon careful evaluation accept your requirement partially or fully, depending on the candidate numbers available with them.

Step 4: Sourcing and Training

The next step will involve sourcing of these candidates from the regions specified by you and then training them for the skills specified by you.You will have a calendarized view of the status of hiring and training of the candidates.

Step 5: Post Training Assessment

Once the training is completed, the candidates will be assessed for the job readiness via our platform and will be given a score.

Step 6: Final Onboarding

If the candidates get the required score as mentioned in the LOI, they will be passed on to you for final onboarding.
