As part of our expansion, we’re hiring freelance recruiters in Delhi who have a passion for sourcing talent and closing positions across IT, Sales, Operations, and other roles. This is a remote opportunity, ideal for professionals who want flexibility and high earning potential without the limits of a traditional 9–5 job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and your own networks
• Screen profiles and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the GroYouth hiring team
• Provide regular updates on candidate status and pipeline progress

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Excellent communication and sourcing skills
• Ability to use sourcing platforms effectively or have your own sourcing strategy (Naukri , indeed, Linkedin)
• Must be based in or familiar with the Delhi/NCR hiring market

Compensation:

• Earn Upto 50% of revenue per closure
• Commission-based payout for every successful hire
• Unlimited earning potential
