This is a B2B portal, where employers will search for potential service providers like candidate mobilizers, training providers, NGOs & Freelancers to provide potential candidates for their organizations.
Employers can also use the services of Training centres spread across different Tier II & Tier III cities to conduct the required bridge courses based on the requirements of job role. This gives an advantage to employers to get trained manpower to become productive right from day one.
We also provide assessment & third party payroll companies as providers to allow the employers to seamlessly find right fit job-ready candidates. We will also bring together companies looking for apprentices and interns in their organizations for giving them exposure with on the job training (OJT).

What We Intend To Do

- Aggregate the youth across the country through sourcers/mobilisers/placement firms
- Get the youth connected to the nearest Training/ Skill center’s / Institutions partners for skill upgradation as per the industry/client needs.
- Aggregate the freelance Trainers from Industry/domain who are certified by client to extend their training expertise to youth.
- Adopt the training curriculum provided by client or certified by client
- Adopt the assessment process/tool as suggested by client or hire assessment partner certified by client.
- Enable the process of candidate onboarding with client directly or through third party payroll company as recommended or can suggest payroll companies if required.
- Also manage the Apprentice management as per the law through TPAs.
- Help companies to use their CSR funds for skilling with the guidance and management from the professionals/consultants.

With over 32 years of experience in the Training, Skill development, and Social sector, Sanjev has been involved in business development, strategic initiatives, market linkage, financial inclusion, and creating learning ecosystems. He has successfully implemented and executed several large-scale projects with leading industry and government partners, such as Tata Trusts, Ministry of Textiles, and ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu. He was also heading two NSDC funded Companies for Training & Skill Development. He had also managed the Mangalore Employment Exchange under a PPP program for Government of Karnataka.
Sanjev is passionate about empowering youths, artisans, and women with employable skills and livelihood opportunities and has been actively promoting Apprenticeship and Internship to provide equal opportunity to Youth from Tier II & Tier III cities. He strongly believes that for building a strong nation, we need to build strong opportunity base for our Youth. He is also a mentor at AIMA (YLC).

- We provide fully managed services. Unlike recruitment portals, employers don’t have to search for candidates. They just have to post their requirement and we will source and train the candidates for employers
- We source candidates from remote parts of India. Traditional recruitment portals provide candidates only from the urban centers. We provide candidates from even the remotest parts of India, through our pan India network of mobilizers and trainers
- We provide training to candidates based on the training curriculum provided by employers. No recruitment portal does this.
- We also provide pre-training and post-training assessments for the shortlisted candidates, ensuring high quality.
